Private Care is a nonmedical service which is usually not covered by health insurance plans.
Private Care services are also funded under a contract with the Area Agency on Aging in Bradford and Sullivan Counties, through the Pennsylvania Department of Aging and the Bradford and Sullivan County Commissioners.
