PERSONAL CARE
Assistance to the client in his / her home related to personal hygiene or functional activities of daily living that the client cannot meet independently, including:
- bathing
- skin care
- mouth care
- dressing
- grooming
- toileting
- ambulation (walking)
- turning
- feeding
- observation and
reporting
- reminding of medication (no dispensing prescription medications)
Services can be provided as needed, from one hour weekly to around-the-clock care depending on availability of staff.
