Marc Alpert, MD, Board Certified General Surgeon has joined the medical staff
of Memorial Hospital and Community Health Associates LLC in Towanda.
Dr. Alpert is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine,
Philadelphia, PA. He completed his surgical internship at Boston University Medical
Center, Boston, MA. Surgical residencies were completed at Boston University Medical
Center, Boston, MA and Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla, NY.
Dr. Alpert completed his Vascular Surgery Fellowship at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center,
Newark, NJ. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgeons.
Dr. Alpert brings more than 30 years of surgical experience providing both vascular and
general surgery. Examples of services include: surgical procedures of the vascular system,
arteries and veins; surgery of the abdominal organs including intestines, esophagus,
stomach, small bowel, colon, liver, pancreas, gallbladder and thyroid gland.
He can also help patients with diseases involving the skin, breast, soft tissue and hernias.
Additionally, Dr. Alpert offers comprehensive wound care solutions.
Dr. Alpert and his wife, Hillary, have two adult daughters.
He is an avid history buff with an extensive library of more than 5,000 books.

Dr. Lisa Ceraolo, a board-certified Internal Medicine physician,
has joined the medical staff of Community Health Associates LLC and
the medical staff of Memorial Hospital in Towanda.
Dr. Ceraolo earned her medical degree from the University of Guadalajara in Mexico
and New York Medical College in Vallhala, New York. She completed her internal medicine
residency program at Lehigh Valley Hospital through Penn State University.

Mary Cotton, CRNP-BC, Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, has joined the Medical
Staff of Memorial Hospital and Community Health Associates LLC, Towanda, PA.
Cotton has been employed at Memorial Hospital since 1989 as Nurse Manager of the
Critical Care Unit and the Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehab and most recently, in addition,
served as the Medical Surgical Unit Nurse Manager. She was also the American Heart
Association Training Coordinator for Memorial Hospital from 1994 through 2010.
Cotton began her extensive education at Sacred Heart Hospital School of Nursing, Allentown, PA
where she earned her Diploma in 1978. She graduated in 1997 from Elmira College having earned her
BSN Degree. In June 2011, Cotton graduated with honors from
Drexel University's Nurse Practitioner, Philadelphia, PA.
In her role as an Adult Nurse Practitioner, she cares for the medical needs of young adults through geriatrics.

Dr. Geeta Krishnan, an accomplished board-certified Otolaryngologist,
Ear, Nose and Throat Physician and Surgeon, with more than 26 years of experience,
has joined the medical staff of Memorial Hospital's Community Health Associates
LLC and the medical staff of Memorial Hospital in Towanda.
Dr. Krishnan earned her MD degree and completed an Otolaryngology residency at
T.N.M College in Bombay, India. She completed her surgical residency at Shadyside
Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. She completed an Otolaryngolgy residency at Geisinger
Medical Center, Danville.
Dr. Krishnan has been Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology since 1
980. Dr. Krishnan enjoyed a solo private practice for many years in Danville.
In 2006, she moved her solo practice to Sunbury. In February 2009, she joined Memorial
Hospital's Community Health Associates. Dr. Krishnan's medical practice is located at

Korie Lambert, PA-C, Certified Physician Assistant has joined the Medical Staff of
Memorial Hosptial and Community Health Associates LLC in Towanda.
Lambert is a graduate of Sullivan County High School. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a
Bachelor of Science in Medical Studies in 2003 from King's College, Wilkes-Barre, Pa.
She continued her education at King's College and graduated in 2004 with her Master's
of Science in Physician Assistant studies.
She is certifed by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Prior to joining Memorial Hospital's Medical Staff and Community Health Associates LLC,
Lambert practiced medicine in the field of psychiatry for five years.
Lambert resides in Sullivan County with her husband, Francis, and their two children,
David and Cecelia. She is a volunteer coach for the Sullivan County School
District girl's basketball program.

Dr. Levin is a graduate of Albert Einstein College of Medicine;
he is Board Certified in Pain Medicine. In addition, he is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist
with sub specialized fellowship training at New York University. He has extensive clinical
experience and focuses his practice on the interventional treatment of complex pain syndromes and
related disorders. He offers the most advance therapies to treat a wide variety of pain disorders.
Dr. Levin's clinical interests include: spinal degenerative
disease; migraine headaches; headaches; complex syndromes following spinal surgery of
the back and neck; bulging discs; herniated discs; facet joint disease; neuralgias;
complex regional pain syndromes; and numbness or weakness due to pathologies of the spine or nerves.

Dr. Larry McCullough, MD, OB/GYN, is a graduate of the West Virginia University School
of Medicine. He completed his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Howard
University Hospital in Washington, D.C.
Dr. McCullough brings 18 years of clinical practice experience involving routine and
high risk obstetrics, obstetric emergencies, office gynecology, and gynecologic
laparoscopic surgery. He is also experienced in the management of (but not limited to)
contraceptive maintenance, menopausal care, abnormal pap smears, sexually transmitted
infections, preventive annual examinations, urinary incontinence, abnormal menstrual bleeding,

Dr. Jai P. Naidu is an accomplished board-certified pediatrician with more than 30
years of experience providing care to children. In March 2008 he joined Community Health
Associates LLC. He is an active member of Memorial Hospital's medical staff with privileges
to admit patients to the hospital.
Dr. Naidu completed pediatric medical residencies at St. Barnabas Medical Center in New Jersey
and St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, in New Jersey. Prior to coming to Towanda,
Dr. Naidu enjoyed a long career of practicing pediatric medicine in the Williamsport area and
was most recently a member of the Geisinger Medical Group in Montoursville, PA.

Timothy Powell, MD, OB/GYN, is a graduate of the New York University School of Medicine,
New York, NY. He completed medical residencies at Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA
and Jersey Shore University Hospital, Neptune, New Jersey.
Dr. Powell is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the American Board of
Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
With 22 years of experience, Dr. Powell is available to diagnose and treat conditions of
the female reproductive system, including the uterus, cervix, vagina, fallopian tubes,
and ovaries. Additional services include breast exams and pap smears, treatment for
sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), care during pregnancy and childbirth, treatment
