He completed his surgical internship at Boston University Medical Center, Boston, MA.
Surgical residencies were completed at Boston University Medical Center, Boston, MA and Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla, NY.
Dr. Alpert completed his Vascular Surgery Fellowship at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, Newark, NJ.
He is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgeons.
Dr. Alpert brings more than 30 years of surgical experience providing both vascular and general surgery.

Culley K. Christensen, MD, Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon has joined the Medical Staff of

Dr. Christensen has been certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery since 1981.
He is a graduate of the University of Utah Medical School.
His medical internship was completed at the University of California, Irvine, CA and
his medical residency was completed at Maricopa County Hospital in Phoenix, AZ.
In 1982 he settled in Scottsdale, Arizona and entered private practice.
Over the years his desire to offer his patients comprehensive treatment for
their orthopedic problems led to the founding of Affiliated Orthopedic Specialists.
Dr. Christensen works with his patients to reach their optimal goals for

Lambert is a graduate of Sullivan County High School. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Studies in 2003 from King's College, Wilkes-Barre, Pa. She continued her education at King's College and graduated in 2004 with her Master's of Science in Physician Assistant studies.
She is certifed by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Prior to joining Memorial Hospital's Medical Staff and Community Health Associates LLC, Lambert practiced medicine in the field of psychiatry for five years.
Lambert resides in Sullivan County with her husband, Francis, and their two children, David and Cecelia. She is a volunteer coach for the Sullivan County School District girl's basketball program.

Dr. Larry Linnell
is an accomplished board-certified family practice and surgical
obstetrics physician with more than 24 years of experience. In
July 2008 he joined Community Health Associates LLC. He is an
active member of Memorial Hospital's medical staff with privileges
to admit patients to the hospital.
Dr. Linnell
earned his MD degree from Tufts University School of Medicine
in Boston, and completed residency at the Allegheny Family Physicians
residency program in Altoona, Pa. He offered National Health Service
Corps/Private Practice Options solo practice for nine years in
rural Maine and then joined a multi-specialty group in Towanda,
PA for six years. In 1999 Dr. Linnell joined the faculty of the
Eastern New Mexico Family Practice Residency Program. His special
interests are in obstetrics, surgical obstetrics, prenatal ultrasound
and colposcopy.

Dr. Larry McCullough, MD, OB/GYN, is a graduate of the West Virginia University School of Medicine. He completed his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C.
Dr. McCullough brings 18 years of clinical practice experience involving routine and high risk obstetrics, obstetric emergencies, office gynecology, and gynecologic laparoscopic surgery. He is also experienced in the management of (but not limited to) contraceptive maintenance, menopausal care, abnormal pap smears, sexually transmitted infections, preventive annual examinations, urinary incontinence, abnormal menstrual bleeding, osteoporosis, premenstrual dysfunctional disorder, adolescent medicine, infertility and chronic pelvic pain.

Obstetrics is the medicine of childbirth. Gynecology is medicine that deals with women's reproductive organs.

Mary Cotton, CRNP-BC, Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, has joined the Medical Staff of Memorial Hospital and Community Health Associates LLC, Towanda, PA.
Cotton has been employed at Memorial Hospital since 1989 as Nurse Manager of the Critical Care Unit and the Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehab and most recently, in addition, served as the Medical Surgical Unit Nurse Manager. She was also the American Heart Association Training Coordinator for Memorial Hospital from 1994 through 2010.
Cotton began her extensive education at Sacred Heart Hospital School of Nursing, Allentown, PA where she earned her Diploma in 1978. She graduated in 1997 from Elmira College having earned her BSN Degree. In June 2011, Cotton graduated with honors from Drexel University's Nurse Practitioner, Philadelphia, PA.
