Memorial Hospital Auxiliary
Invests in Vision Therapy Program
The Memorial Hospital Auxiliary presents a $7,600 check to invest in the Vision Therapy Program
at Memorial Hospital. Pictured, front from left, Theresa McClaskey, Karla Green, OTR/L, Vision
Therapy Specialist accepting the check from Marguerite Shaner, Auxiliary President; Lee Ann Wolfe,
Terri Latocha and Esther Lewis. Back row, from left, Benitta Butts, Kathie Becker, Sarah Rohrer and
Charlene Bennett. According to Green, this generous contribution provides for a new SVI (Sanet Vision
Integrator) 50-inch touch screen and technology upgrades to provide more in-depth perceptual and visual
motor control therapy options and to increase positive patient outcomes. Patients with attention deficits;
acquired brain injury, or any visual deficits can benefit from this new technology. It is a proven instrument
that can help identify and remediate functional vision problems efficiently and effectively.
