Bradford County Commissioners Visit Memorial Hospital Construction Site Construction continues on the campus of Memorial Hospital in Towanda for a new multi-specialty physician medical clinic complex and Personal Care Home expansion. The Bradford County Commissioners enjoyed a tour of the construction site.
