Lackawanna College Partners With Memorial Hospital
to Provide Phlebotomy Lab Technician Program

Lackawanna College in Towanda is pleased to offer a new Lab Technician program that
consists of classes two days per week on Monday & Wednesday along with a clinical
component that will be provided at Memorial Hospital. Upon successful completion of
this program students will be ready to take the National Phlebotomy Certification
exam which is offered through the National Healthcareer Association (NHA).
Phlebotomy Lab Technicians are health professionals who draw blood from patients
or blood donors for medical testing. Pictured from left, Mike Noone, Assistant
