The Bradford County Dental Health Services Clinic was established in 1997 and
joined with Memorial Hospital in March 2011. The Dental Clinic is here to serve the
uninsured and under served residents of Bradford and surrounding counties.
Eligibility...
Individuals with a valid ACCESS card, individuals with low to moderate incomes and
no dental insurance; individuals with United Healthcare Dental benefits; and
the United Concordia Chip Program for kids.
For individuals with no benefits, there is an affordable sliding fee program.
This program is based upon the income of the household.

The mission of the Bradford County Dental Health Services is to provide dental health prevention,
education and treatment for people who receive medical assistance, United Healthcare HMO, and
individuals with no insurance who meet certain income guidelines.
Memorial Hospital manages the Dental Clinic at the request of the long-time,
dedicated voluntary board of the Bradford County Dental Health Services.
Bradford County Dental Health Services is
located in Suite 6 on the top floor of the Progress Building in Towanda.
Hours are Monday through Thursday 8 am - 4:30 p.m., Friday 8 am - 3:30 pm
