The Food Service Department, supervised by a Certified Food Service manager,
assistant manager and Registered Dietician are here to serve you
and make your stay a great food service experience.
Like any aspect of treatment, your diet is an important part of your therapy.
An attractive meal is provided for you three times a day, based on your physician's direction.
You will be offered a variety of selections for balanced nutrition, as well as for personal
taste and enjoyment. If you are on a restricted diet, our staff will do all
they can to provide you with your food preferences.
During the morning "Breakfast A La Carte" service, fresh breakfast items are
served by a hospitality assistant right when you order from the food service department.
You can choose from a hot sandwich, fresh fruit, muffin, hot or cold cereal, and
beverage. A hospitality assistant will also come to your room to take your menu order for lunch and dinner.
Therapeutic meal times are 7:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. 8 p.m. snacks are
provided for our diabetic patients and for all of our acute care patients.
Our dietician is available to provide you with instruction on your doctor ordered diet.
